Chicken Salad Panini

Romance Copy: Bacon bits and green onion slices add to the flavor of the chicken salad and tomato slices and melted cheese make it even better!

Ingredients

  • 1 Tomato cut into 8 thin slices
  • 1 Cup chopped cooked chicken breast
  • 1 Cup KRAFT Mayo Light Mayonnaise
  • 2 Tablespoon OSCAR MAYER Real Bacon Bits
  • 2 Tablespoon thin green onion slices
  • 4 KRAFT DELI DELUXE 2% Milk Reduced Fat Sharp Chedda slices

Directions

  1. MIX chicken, mayo, bacon, onions and dressing; spread onto 4 bread slices. Top with tomatoes, cheese and remaining bread.
  2. COOK in preheated grill pan or skillet sprayed with cooking spray on medium heat until golden brown.
  3. Jazz It Up: Stir a little GREY POUPON Dijon Mustard into chicken salad mixture before spreading onto bread slices as directed.
