Only items with a limit as to the number you can purchase or Buy One-Get One sale items are deducted at the end. All Buy One-Get One and limit items are calculated completely on final amount due. Other deductions are taken directly after the item is scanned and a Shopper's Card is presented.
Rules and regulations are available in store at the customer service center explaining how to get entered in available sweepstakes. You are automatically entered into many sweepstakes each time your Kroger Plus Card is scanned. You may also mail in entries to designated addresses to enter sweepstakes.
Card integrity is very important to us and scanning a card that has not been issued to an individual would compromise that integrity. If you forget your card, you can enter the phone number you provided when you applied for your current Shopper's Card (area code + 7 digits). This number is your personal pin linked to your Kroger Plus Card number. If this does not work, save your receipt which shows what you could have saved. Next time you come in with your Kroger Plus Card, visit the service desk for a refund of the savings amount. Also, give the service desk associate your current card ID and home phone number. He or she can contact the regional Loyalty Department to activate your personal pin for your next visit.
Points are only tallied during a specified promotion. Check your receipt tape often, as many programs provide to-date points earned at the bottom. New promotions and explanations are also often communicated through the receipt tape. You can also view your card information online once you have securely registered. The points you see accumulating on your receipt are for various promotions that we offer throughout the year. You earn one (1) point for each dollar spent. The current promotion should be stated on your receipt. If not, please call the toll-free number on the back of your card.
Just stop by any store and visit the service desk. Fill out a new/replacement card application form with your name and address. You will get a new card and two new key tags. This new card will be linked to your household, based on your name and address. The new information will take precedence in our system, and all of your previously collected points will be forwarded to your new card. If your card was stolen, let a service desk associate know so he or she can inform your regional Loyalty Department to update its records on your stolen card.
No. You do not need a new card. See the store service desk to provide your new address, phone number and email. When the form is processed, all cards in your household will be updated with the new address. Update Information.
Kroger returns thousands of lost keys to customers weekly. It is with genuine concern for another individual that you would want to personally return lost keys to the owner. While we understand this feeling, we value the privacy of our customers. Therefore, we cannot reveal information about the owner of the keys. Please drop keys off at any local store. A service desk associate will quickly work with the regional Loyalty Department to return the keys to their proper owner. If this is not convenient for you, please place the entire set of keys in a U.S. mailbox. The keys will be mailed to a Kroger division office in two to five weeks, and then mailed to the owner.
